RJ is a highly experienced and accomplished design industry professional with broad expertise in international and domestic store design/development, customer experience, retail innovation, environment design, product design, visual merchandising, display & fixture design, manufacturing, sourcing and procurement. An effective leader and mentor able to motivate and develop staff to be highly productive and efficient. Demonstrated success in start up, restructuring and growth management of businesses in the United States, Asia, Middle East, Latin America and Europe.

RJ was born & raised in the Midwest with Midwestern values and work ethic that's part of his self-starting drive. His curiosity for art and design started at an early age fueled by his grandpa who was an amateur artist as well as his uncle who did design work. Always drawing and taking things apart to see how they worked continued to stoke RJ's curiosity. Working through high school & college for the family construction business taught him the value of hard work, doing things right, and making sure the customer was happy.
